Our Broadcast

"Taking Care of Business" provides tips and strategies to start, promote, and prosper in business. In our very first year, the show was featured in the Sunday New York Times Business Section.

We also cover offbeat topics so you can take a break from the daily grind of school or work and go on an audio tour of the International Spy Museum with its director Peter Earnest. You will burst out laughing with cartoonist Phil Ortiz who created Flanders, Otto, Ralph, and Apu, all well-known characters on the Simpsons. Listen to former New York City Mayor Ed Koch discuss a range of topics from 9-11 to his two children's books, and hear NBC's Tim Russert talk about his books about fatherhood and family. Other personalties that have been gracious with their time include author and inventor Steve Wozniack, co-founder of Apple Computers and health expert Dr. Ruth.

To mix it up even more, from time-to-time we feature musicians. One of our favorite Rock Bands is Jonestown whose members came to our studio and allowed us be the first radio station to premiere their CD, "When it All Comes Down." And the band that created the tcbradio theme song that opens the show - Brother Mustard - can be listened to 24/7 on our YouTube channel.

In the world of sports, we had a fascinating interview with the author of the 100 Greatest Sports Moments in New York.

If you want to be a guest, or want to recommend a guest to us, we welcome your feedback.
